Getting started with SSO

Overview

This guide is intended for customers who wish to enable Single Sign-on for the 9Line Portal. This document is written for IT administrators who are experienced with configuring SAML 2.0-based SSO.

Supported Identity Providers

Certified and Supported IdPs

9Line offers support only for certified and supported identity providers.

• Azure Active Directory as an Enterprise Application
• Active Directory Federation Services based on Windows Server 2016
• Okta
• Shibboleth
• SecureAuth

Public Preview IdPs

If you use another IdP platform, we encourage testing with the Azure AD or Okta profiles first, as their settings often work for other identity providers however, 9Line offers support only for certified and supported identity providers.

If your identity provider is not listed, don't hesitate to contact 9Line to discuss options for adding your IdP as a certified IdP.
