Agent System Requirements

• VMware vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi): 6.5 or newer, 8 preferred
• CPU: 2 vCPU
• Memory: 8 GB RAM - with an 8GB Reservation
• Storage: 64 GB Disk - Thin Provisioned
• Networking: 1 NIC

Agent Networking Requirements

Gather the networking information you will use for the 9Line Agent.

• Hostname for the agent
• Domain name for the agent
• Static IP address
• Netmask in CIDR notation (e.g., if your subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 then it would be "24"; do not enter the "/" character, only "24")
• Default gateway for the agent
• DNS server 1 (Internal DNS server that must resolve ALL CUCM hostnames)
• DNS server 2, optional
• NTP server 1
• NTP server 2, optional
• If using a proxy server:
  • Proxy server IP & Port
  • Proxy server username and password
  • Proxy server CA certificate in PEM format
