Accessing the 9Line Portal
First-Time Access
Once your service is activated, 9Line will create a system administrator account using the email address specified in the order form. You will receive the 9Line Welcome Email, which contains a link for the initial administrator to set their account password. After setting up your password, please log in at https://portal.9line911.com.
Please note that welcome emails expire after seven days. If you do not complete your account setup within this timeframe, contact 9Line to have a new welcome email sent to you. As an administrator, you can also send new welcome emails to your users without needing to open a ticket with 9Line.
Ongoing Portal Access
You can continue to access the portal at the same URL, https://portal.9line911.com, using the credentials you configured for your account. Customers who have subscribed to the Single Sign-On (SSO) service should refer to the SSO documentation Single Sign-On (SSO) to complete the additional configuration required for SSO support.
